I'm raising a new team, but alot of the Pokemon are ones I've never raised before and so I wanted a litte advice on the movesets and stuff.

Gallade @ Raor Claw
Serious nature
EVs: 252 Attk: 252 Spd: 4 HP
Psycho Cut
Night Slash
Close Combat
Leaf Blade

Scizor @ Leftovers
Lonely nature
EVs: 252 Attk: 252 Spd: 4 Def
Iron Head
X-Scissor
Slash (Probably going to replace this with... something?)
Swords Dance

Lapras @ Damp Rock/ Wide Lens
EVs: ??? I'm not sure weather to go for annoyer or Special attacker.
Bashful nature
Sp. Atacker:
Rain Dance
Thunder
Surf
Ice Beam

Annoyer:
Ice Beam
Confuse Ray
Sing
Perish Song
Maybe...

Arcanine @ Heat Rock
EVs: 252 Sp. Attk: 252 Spd: 4 HP
Hasty nature
Flamethrower
Sunny Day
Solar Beam
Uh... some other special attack. Thinking maybe Dragon Pulse.

Tyranitar @ Focus Band
EVs: Not sure, got it in a trade. But it's stats are like nothing I've ever seen; they're incredible! So, not doubting the OT Kitara.
Careful nature
Brick Break/ Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Return
Crunch (great for Psychics)

Rayquaza @ Shell Bell (only used in Uber-allowed battles)
EVs" Again, not sure because of trade. Again, not questioning great trainer skills. (I can't type this OT; it's in Japanese)
Rash nature
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Flamethrower
Surf
(Hahaha! Balance...)

Soo, really new at raising Scizor, Lapras, Arcanine, and Gallade. I've sorta had the other two for a while, though.

Thanks for the advice. Like I mentioned, Tyranitar's Defence, Attack, HP and Sp. Defence are all unrealistically high, so I won't re-breed it because I don't think it can get much better. I like the Moveset, though. I'll be sure to try that out. For some reason, I never thought to put Avalanche on it, but it seems brilliand now. Hehe.

I'm a little hesitant with the Scizor one, though. I could breed it for that, but it's attack so high it seems like a waste. Really, it almost triples the attack on most other Pokemon I have that are at the same or similar level.

Scizor is most commonly used as a Baton Passer.

You could also try Payback on t-tar, but it could be risky.
