Some people think tthe metagame sucks, but I think it's helping people understand EVs and IVs and movesets more. But that's just me. :\

Thank you! I am in school and I don't have that kind of money. My friend let me create my own file on his D/P for a week and I gave it back in three days. I just don't like D/P, and some people don't have the $$$, like me. As for the team, Curselax looks fine, not sure on the EV spread but the moveset is fine. Use Restalk Machamp because guts will activate. Use Rock Slide/HP Bug and Cross Chop/Brick Break ans your attack moves. You NEED rest. I'd also take out the speed EVs because he is as slow as executtor(sp). Swampert may need a little work with the nature and EVs, but is overall pretty good. Can't help with the legends, but I'd put ALL EVs into D and HP for cloyster. It needs those EVs so it can survive fighting and rock attacks. Switch if you see starmie! Speaking of which this is one of the few teams starmie doesn't rip through. Good job overall.

Ugh that post is a mess dude. Get Netbattle and learn to play...

I can just switch into a a Hypnosis from Gar and have the Guts boost and still get a CB Boost. CB Machamp is wayyyy better than Stalker Champ. A CB'd, Guts Cross Chop can do massive damage to anything except Ghosts. You can't really switch in anything on it. The speed EVs are so it can outspeed stuff after Jir T-Waves stuff.

The sp.def EVs on Cloyster are so it can actually survive some special attacks, and yes those 40 EVs do make a difference, and it has enough Defense EVs. Why would I leave Cloyster out against something that OHKO's it anyway?

Starmie doesn't rip though any well constructed OU team.

Now that I've gone on my sorrow rant my only comment on the team is this: How can you expect machamp to take so many hits from switching in after jirachi's TW? I know it has pretty good defenses, but it can't take two hits, assuming machamp doesn't OHKO the opposition. Am I missing something or is that a somewhat flawed strategy? And believe me, I probably am missing something. I'm off to Pokemon General, where hopefully my opinion will be respected...I'm not a victim by any means here, so don't defend or attack me...please (unless I break the rules). I've battled AB in Adv OU on NB before. He ch'd a lot of stuff on a team I have with no weak (except hax). One of the best battlers have told me that team was really good.

Also I could care less if I get banned because I know better sites the only reason I post here is to maybe get some good posts at laugh at people who don't know what they are talking about. It'd be kind of silly to ban one of the best battlers here though.

Actually Hydro Pump Gyarados can work if you EV it right.

Ok, Mullet, that team there is really solid. However, I will mention a few very situational weaks: CB Flygon+3 layers of spikes set down+Dusclops blocking Cloyster's Ice Beam will be a problem, if Flygon manages to switch in on a predicted Jirachi switch-in or a Jirachi Thunder Wave. Celebi is your only ground resist so if it predicts its switch-in and uses HP: Bug, then it will Earthquake sweep you. Same thing can happen if Dugtrio takes out your Celebi and then any good CBer with Earthquake will hit you hard.

Another problem, despite being very situational again, would be Flamethrower/Sludge Bomb Weezing. Swampert and Snorlax get walled by it completely, no questions, Machamp might be Flamethrower burned / Sludge Bomb poisoned, but otherwise it gets stalled out, Cloyster gets hit by Flamethrower hard on the switch. Jirachi and Celebi lack Calm Mind to boost their SAtk so they won't be able to take down all the other 5 pokemons most likely, and of course, again, can be Dugtriowned.

I would type up more stuff, but got bored.

I'd replace them with executor and metagross if you want to keep the types the same, but the roles would call for different pokes probably.

I agree with Anti-Pop Culture Warrior 13 all the way. I've been viewing this Thread, and don't act like you're the best. You asked for a Rate. You never said anything about good players. Using legendaries isn't cheap. Even so since it's harder to perfect them.

Eh, D/P metagame is much better >_> Lots of pokemon weren't used because of they're lack of STABd attacks that actually do dmg. Gyarados was good, but he can't use Waterfall..D/P made a lot of pokes useful.
