Suggestions on a good phazer

I need some suggestions for a good one, that is the only thing my team needs right now. They dont need to be the best in the game, they jut need to be able to take a few hits and force the switch

there are lots. swampert, steelix with roar work. even snorlax with yawn(yawn, sub, focus punch snorlax is pretty buff). just pick one because quite frankly there are too many to list.

Or you can just use a pokemon that learns haze like weezing. I like steelix, I recommend him and all that defense.
