for infernape i recommend you teach it shadow claw, flare blitz, close combat and another move of ur choice
gengar: dark pulse, shadow ball, destiny bond and thunder (i think it learns it)
kadabra: thunder punch, psychic, ice punch, fire punch

I would not teach the elemental punches to an Alakazam anymore due to them being physical moves and well ... Alakazam sucks in the attack stat.
Use special moves for gengar and alakazam and to add veriation use your Infernape as a physical sweeper with move types that your gengar and alakazam don't have.
The veriation is the key in the battle tower cause you could be up against anything!

What's the point in saying that? They post here for help, not to get put down by you. If they want help, let them have help. Yeah, go with AAA.

You have a hard time accepting that you have to respect other members.

The problem is you have some weaknesses. Two of your pokemon are weak to dark, ghost, and psychic type moves. An alakazam would hurt this team a lot. I know it's battle tower, but I believe they are EV trained, so watch out for that.

That may be more common, but 3 Special Sweepers are going to fail when it goes up against a Special Wall (Blissey/Milotic) both of which are prolific in battle tower
Try this instead
Infernape@Choice Scarf/Life Orb
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
The last move is on preference whether you care about the recoil damage caused by Flare Blitz. Running a choice scarf gives more freedom to beef it's defence/HP
