I know this is crappy, but it is my first card.
I am aware of my mistakes.http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/1111/cardkt5.th.png (http://img516.imageshack.us/my.php?image=cardkt5.png)

Crappy doesn't do it. At all.

That does not qualify as a fake card. It qualifies as something I dare not say. I'm sorry, but there's not a single thing right with that card.

Stick to what you're good at.

I suggest, if you do ever want to make a fake card again (don't), read the tutorials.

Oh, and:
4.) This one is extremely important. ALWAYS put the illustator on the card you made. You must credit the actual person by real name or nickname like "Armored Pichu '98" or something. Crediting a website is not allowed because the whole site didn't create the card, unless they stated they did. If this rule is broken, you'll get warned (as for all the rules) and your thread will be closed until you edit it.
I don't see an illustrator on there.

Erm.. the placemens are good, but you need to find the right fonts, check here (http://www.pokemonpalace.com/?id=tcg/fakes/index).

The art is good, but the card is just horribly overpowered... I don't see the attraction of making a card that has such arbitrarily large numbers all over it - people will respect you more if you make cards that are realistic. Try to use the correct wording too, and I would make a Shadow Pikachu a dark card, not colourless. It's a better try that i've seen a lot of people do for their first, but aside from teh mature approach, you're missing a lot of details; fonts, wording, weak/res/retreat, set symbol, proper rarity symbol... the list goes on.
