EDIT 2: This is for 3rd gen BTW. What pokemon is the best at using the two moves? I would like it to be one that is fast enough to set up a screen or two, or bulky enough to take the hits. Are there any Pseudopassers like that? Sorry if this is a bad question, I was just wondering. EDIT: Would Alakazam work or is it too fragile?

Dragonite works well. Ice Beam fails on LSNite.

Good point. Is there any pokemon that can do what dragonite can with BOTH screens. Thanks shedninjask, I overlooked that egg move.

Claydol is pretty cool. Plus he spins.

Claydol, that seems logical. What about Hypno or Alakazam?

Hypno may be good. But he's not OU. So he may not survive. Kind of like my Noctowl, it knows reflect, but can survive a Thunderpunch from and Electivire. So it's good.

Clefable maybe?
It's got 90 base Special Defense and 73 base Defense, so that's decent, then with Moonlight and then an attacking move, maybe Flamethrower or something, I think that it can work. :)

OK, I am up to the challenge of using BL/UU pokemon against OUs. I hate OUs, so these are good suggestions. Here's how it stands:
1.Hypno
2.Claydol
3.Clefable
4.Dragonite
Uh, is there anyone else worthy of pseudu-passer? Is Zam any good at it? I also saw metagross can pass the screens, but he's too OU. Any pokemon not OU that are good enough to make the list? Okay, thanks guys.

Eh. Hypno can only do one really. He does Reflect really good though. Clefable could go Seismic Toss/Softboiled/Reflect/Light Screen. Seems too shakey though.
By the way, do you want both moves on one pokemon? Or just 1 on each?

Depends, which is smarter? If it is one screen per pokemon, I don't want them to share weaknesses. Also, if one pokemon has both, can it take enough hits to set both up? Or does it matter?

Jirachi, Claydol and Suicune are all very proficient at using Reflect well. I guess Forry can LS. Hypno can do both well in UU.

Is there a borderline metagame, or just OU, uber and UU? OK, I think it's between Forretress and Ho-oh at this point, since I'm in no mood to restart coliseum to get suicune. Is forretress OU? I just hate OU pokemon, so I wouldn't use one ever.

Yeah Forry is OU. Ho-Oh is even worse though if you hate OU Pokemon, he is an uber.

Anybody who matches forry's stats or comes close that can use the screens? Hypno is in the race, but anyone else?

Suicune probably uses Reflect the best. Hypno can do both both well if you are UUing.

I have Kingdra and Steelix, and probably Hypno too. Are they UU? I think they're borderline...Anyways, anybody besides suicune?

Espeon can learn both Reflect and Light Screen, plus Baton Pass.
Jolteon just Light Screen, but you can BPass Agility and Curse.

Okay, thanks. If anyone has anymore suggestions feel free to tell me, but I think I know who I'm gonna use. Thanks.

Nice, um, Avatar...
My Raichu has Light Screen. It works wonders for my team, especially with Light Clay. But you don't need to worry about the Clay in 3rd gen.

Okay, thanks. Appreciate all the help guys. I won't be on here posting for awhile, so don't bother posting anymore ideas unless they're REALLY good. Thanks for all the help guys.
