Easy program

Ok, Wuggles and I want to make a game, but we want to make it with an SIMPEL program.
If the simplest programs needs a server, it is no problem.

There isn't really a "Simple" Method to making a game (especially Pokemon)

I'd say to try RPG Maker XP (RMXP) for and old RPG and if you want to make a Pokemon Game try Rom hacking instead...but that's just my opinion.

What is your meaning of simplicity? I could say C/C++ is simple, probably not for you, be ore specific, and I don't think that it could be any easier though.

There's no simple way man. All programs pretty much equal up to the same difficulty, especially if you cannot do certain things(ex. scripting). As Flame said if it's a pokémon game you're making...ROM hacking would probably be your best bet :).

yeah it takes a long time to make any sort of game frim scratch and even romhacking has its limits
