Ok so here is my Team I am going to be taking out a guy or two soon
I have a
Garchomp Life Orb
Jolly
EVS Speed, Attack (both 252), HP (6 evs)
Swords Dance
Crunch (Once I get EQ TM from Battle Tower Ill switch it out most likely)
Fire Fang
Dragon Claw
Ninjask Sitrus Berry, Jolly
EV's 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 6HP
Swords Dance
Subsitute
Baton Pass
Aerial Ace
Septile Timid ??? (his personality was likes to fight so I worked on his attack)
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Leaf Blade
Earth Quake
X-Sissors
Rock Slide
Charizard Modest
252 Speed, 252 Sp. Attack 6HP
Flame Thrower
Heat Wave
Air Slash
Dragon Rage
Anyways those are my usual guys for battle, I am most likely going to take out my Charizard, my sceptile actually has really high special attack and attack for a sceptile and is very quick.. I am really happy with it.
But I am probably going to take out a charizard, I have enough sweepers, and I really want to get a defensive guy who can take hits and actually deliver, a lot of my guys on my team are weak to ice..
So just wondering if anyone can give me some tips and maybe which pokemon I should go with next and I should train with?

Get rid of a fire attack on charizard. Chomp looks fine. Ninjask maybe with xscizzor but it looks like sceptile already has it so never mind. Looks good, but 3/4 of the pokemon are weak to ice types, that needs fixed.

I know 3/4 of my pokemon are weak against ice, which is one of the reasons i am here? Another reason why I am here is because of the title
"DEFENSIVE POKEMON" heh so if anyone has any reccomandations on which pokemon that isnt weak againts ice and has good defensives and good attack/sp.attack post it up.

You should probably get rid of one of the guys weak to ice, I recommend sceptile. Skarmbliss is a great wall combo. Forretress, steelix, slowbro, tangrowth, and many others I can't think of are great physical walls. Special Walls..hmm. Milotic, slowking, cradily, and dusknoir are those off the top of my head. Since your team has many type weaknesses, I recommend forretress and dusknoir. There are many options.

I would recommend rebreeding for a better Sceptile; Timid is -atk +spd, so that's bad for a physical sweeper. Charizard has a much better physical pool, but a special one would look something like this.
Charizard @ Leftovers/Life Orb/Choice Specs
Modest/Timid
-Flamethrower
-Air Slash
-Dragon Pulse
-Roost/Focus Blast
A Physical one would be
Charizard @ Leftovers/Life Orb
Adamant/Jolly
-Flare Blitz
-Dragon Dance/Sword dance
-Dragon Rush/Dragon Claw
-Earthquake/Aerial Ace
Bellyzard set would be
Charizard @ Salac Berry
Adamant/Jolly
-Substitute
-Belly Drum
-Earthquake/Dragon Claw/Aerial Ace/Rock Slide
-Earthquake/Dragon Claw/Aerial Ace/Rock Slide
A good wall would be Umbreon
Umbreon @ Leftovers
Impish
-Curse
-Payback
-Baton Pass
-Wish

Umbreon is weaker in 4th gen because of close combat and such. Infernape destroys it in two hits. Still, there are many walls like Blissey that are very effective.

Infernape still kills Blissey in one hit; I say Umbreon cause he is only really fearing Fighting and Bug types. Which are easy enough to switch out of if needed. Claydol can be a decent choice; or Skarmory.

Hypno is a good UU wall as well. Steelix is my physical wall of choice with that staggering defense.

Timid with a physical sweeper sucks. Use a Jolly on Sceptile. I think its supposed to be a special sweeper.

It is. Still, many of its moves are physical, so it's tougher to make him effective. Thunderpunch, dragon Claw, crunch, they're all physical now.

theyre all good pokes.. but if you just want a wall that will stall you for some time, might i reccomend Aggron.. i know he's got a load of weaknesses, but give him Maxed HP and split the other 254 in Def and Sp Def, you should be good to go for a few turns.. if your worried about weaknesses though, Blissey is a much better choice..

Aggron has Iron Defense to block out the ground and fighting weakness somewhat, but steelix is better all-around...for the most part. Aggron is a better attacker though.

You have no walls. You need at least 2-3 pokemon who can take hits. You have a BPer do you need a spiker/spinner/cleric/Phazer..and walls.

That's why he was asking for suggestions. :cross-eye
As for Walls, if you are not afraid to use legendaries, try Cresselina. Many top players use it and it's not banned. Otherwise, Iron Defending Aggron & Bastiodon for covers.

Cresselia sucks?O.o Modest mischevious I think means 31 IVs in Sp atk..It's one of the best walls out there.
