Ummmm, dude...Rampard is definately not UU and neither is swellow. If youre looking for good UU Sweepers, a couple would be:

Zangoose@ Life Orb
Immunity
Adamant
EVs: 6hp/252att/252spd
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Return
- Night Slash / Shadow Claw

CB and CSGoose are also very good UU pokemon also runs.

O.o first of all as stated above rampy is not UU swellow is borderline and rampy is OU

second is why the hell does swellow has flame orb? it cuts attack in halv making it's abilty guts ussless usee toxic orb it way batter

If you want a UU physical sweeper that can deal with OUs, you should really use:

Primeape @ Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 Attack and Speed, 4 HP

- Close Combat
- Thunderpunch
- Ice Punch
- Aerial Ace/U-turn

Outspeeds and OHKOs Heracross (only if you use Aerial Ace, though), (even CSHera) Gyarados, Tyranitar, (both even after a DD) Garchomp, Salamence, Dragonite, Blissey, Porygon-Z (not sure, but I believe it will) and probably some other stuff as well. Yeah, Primeape is sexy. <3

Except in D/P Guts negates the Attack drop from burn.

It actually foesnt. Guts ignores the attack drop, so flame orb is fine on Swellow

Absol anyone? Well, he's not the best Sweeper due to his Speed. But Ninjask/Aipom/Jolteon With Baton Pass+ Agility will help that. Except that Protect is all Ninjask need's due to his ability.
