Basically I need someone to rate & help this Rain Dance Team:

Kingdra@Damp Rock
Modest
Trait: Swift Swim
-Rain Dance
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Dragon Pulse

The generic Sweeper Kingdra. This one has already been trained so I'm not replacing him.

Magnezone@Wise Glasses
Modest
Trait: Magnet Pull
-Magnet Rise
-Thunder
-Thunder Wave
-Flash Cannon

Thunder takes advantage of Rain Dance, MR to counter Quakes users, TW for support and annoyance, and Flash Cannon for Grounds and the like.

Ludicolo@Leftovers
Relaxed
Trait: Rain Dish
-Leech Seed
-Surf
-Protect
-Rain Dance

Annoying Mexican Lillypad. The first two moves are pretty straightforward, and Protect stalls for recovery.

Gorebyss@???
Bold
Trait: Swift Swim
-Iron Defence
-Amnesia
-Baton Pass
-Surf

The general "Tank's Best Buddy" Gorebyss, but I can't decide on a hold item.

Gyarados@Muscle Band
Adamant
Trait: Imtimidate
-Earthquake
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Ice Fang

The team's best source of physical force. (lol, it rhymes.) Seems OK to me but I welcome your opinions.

Dewgong@Life Orb
Quiet
Trait: Hydration
-Surf
-Ice Shard
-Rain Dance
-Rest

I refuse to use legendaries, Uber or not. And unfortunately, Dewgong is the only Hydrator other than Manaphy. After a Defensive BP from Gorie it should be a decent Tank. EDIT: And now I have a better clue how to use it.

-Mirror Coat/Flash Cannon?

Thunder takes advantage of Rain Dance, MR to counter Quakes users, TW for support and annoyance, and Mirror Coat takes care of other Sp. Sweepers, though I don't know if I should use Flash Cannon instead.

Ludicolo@Leftovers
Bold
Trait: Rain Dish
-Leech Seed
-Surf
-Substitute = Protect for free heal
-Ice Beam/Rain Dance

Annoying Mexican Lillypad. The first two moves are pretty straightforward, and Sub is for extra protection. But I don't know whether to use the last slot to cover more types or boost the Rain.

Gorebyss@???(Don't say Leftovers)
Calm OR Bold
Trait: Swift Swim
-Iron Defence
-Amnesia
-Baton Pass
-Surf/Agility

The general "Tank's Best Buddy" Gorebyss, but I can't decide between some force or some speed for the team. Or a hold item.

Gyarados@Muscle Band
Adamant
Trait: Imtimidate
-Earthquake
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Aerial Ace (For Dew & Mag's Fighting weakness)

You might want Ice Fang for Dragons like Salamence in which this Gyarados set will do nothing to

Possibly the team's only source of physical force. (lol, it rhymes.) Seems OK to me but I welcome your opinions.

Dewgong@Damp Rock(Only with RD. Otherwise, ???)
Timid/Adamant
Trait: Hydration
-Surf/Aqua Jet
-Ice Beam/Ice Shard
-Signal Beam/Rain Dance
-Rest

Damn I dont know this one very well >.>

I refuse to use legendaries, Uber or not. And unfortunately, Dewgong is the only Hydrator other than Manaphy. After a Defensive BP from Gorie it should be a decent Tank. Just help it out with the Hold Item and deciding from the multiple choices.

There you go ^^
(I dont know much about Gorebyss either sorry)

Ice Fang! I knew I was missing something on Gyarados. Well thanks for the help you could give.

Gorebyss is amazing. It competes with Starmie and Milotic for my ultimate favourite Water Pokemon. Gorebyss actually has the second highest special attack for any non-legendary Water Pokemon, and I tend to prefer the Special Sweeper set over the Baton Passing set.

Gorebyss @ Petaya Berry
Modest nature
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed or Special Defense, 6 HP
- Surf
- Rain Dance
- Psychic/Hidden Power Electric
- Ice Beam

Rain Dance doubles Speed (basically a free Agility along with a Water boost, so Modest is advised, unless you're anal about Speed, in which case go with Timid) so the EVs could be put into Special Defense (or even Defense) to make it bulkier, Surf for great STAB, Ice Beam and HP Electric (if you're lucky enough to get it) makes it a mock-BoltBeamer. Psychic works also.

Of course, the Baton Passer can work too. Here's what I suggest:

Gorebyss @ Leftovers
Bold nature
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Special Defense, 6 Defense
- Surf
- Iron Defense
- Amnesia
- Baton Pass

Surf is for a STAB, and takes advantage of her impressive Special Attack, and outdoes Agility by a long shot (it's rather hard to get in three moves before being able to pass for any Pokemon not named Ninjask or Umbreon), and it gives Gorebyss a chance to actually be on the offensive side when she needs to be. Unlike Ninjask and his Attack, Gorebyss can do some hefty damage with her Surf.

Just my 2cents on such a cool Pokemon!

Dewgong@Life Orb
252 Sp Attack/252 HP
Quiet/Modest
Trait: Hydration
-Fake Out
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rest/Ice Shard

Dewgong@Life Orb
Adamant/Careful
252 Attack/ 252 HP
Trait: Hydration
-Fake Out
-Waterfall
-Avalanche
-Ice Shard

Dewgong@Life Orb
Modest/Bold
200 Sp Attack/252HP/52 Def
Trait: Hydration
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Dewgong is a interesting pokemon. It's attack and special attack are the same so with Life Orb it can become a interesting attacker. Fake Out is good for a opening. Ice Shard is a decent finishing attack, also great against Focus Sash holders.

Rain Dance/Rest over Restalk on Dewgong

Yes, pretty much. No point on Sleep Talk when Rain Dance + Hydration wakes up Dewgong instantly after Resting. Although I should've thought of Life Orb on Dewgong, but I didn't.

I've started to breed & train the team, as well as fixed a lot of the initial problems. Changes have been made to the first post.
