NONONONONONONONONONNONONONONONO. I'd love to help, and I need to. First, you need basic knowledge on EVs, natures, etc. Then post them with your team. Then you need help with the movesets. In most cases, don't use more than one attack of the same type on one pokemon. Flareon is made of fail, but it needs strong physical attacks if you're gonna use it. In other words, not fire blast or flamethrower. Bite...meh, I guess. Alakazam is a sweeper, not a tank. Give it energy ball and shadow ball. Keep psychic. Blissey...

Blissey@leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Special defense
~seismic toss/ice beam
~softboiled
~aromatherapy
~thunder wave

Now you have a monster special wall.

Never tried this set. Ever. If you'd like, replace CS with focus sash and put in calm mind somewhere, maybe energy ball.

Fire Blast can also be an option over T-Punch, as steel pokémon (such as Skarmory) can handle Dragonite's attacks quite well. I'd make Dragonite's nature Jolly, but cut some of the speed EVs and give them to HP, but that's just what I'd go with.

So like this...
Dragonite@Life Orb
252 Atk/ 88 Spd/180 HP
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Inner Focus
-Fire Blast
-DD
-Outrage
-EQ

Dragonite@Life Orb
252 Atk/ 88 Spd/180 HP
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Inner Focus
-Fire Blast
-DD
-Outrage
-EQ

This EV spread:

60 HP / 252 ATK / 198 SPD

You don't need to cut the speed down too much, as you'll still want to outspeed things.

Kayashi

I'd give it choice Scarf, it goes well with Outrage.

August 26th, 2007, 12:56 AM
ok sry I went a little overboard!XD
so it would end up like
Dragonite@Choice scarf
60 HP / 252 ATK / 198 SPD
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Inner Focus
-Fire Blast
-DD
-Outrage
-EQ

Instead of Life Orb, Lum Berry is an option too. It will get rid of the confusion Dragonite will recieve from using Outrage, in case you want to keep it in without switching for awhile. Life Orb would be fine if you need the extra power though.

¿TB Pro™
August 26th, 2007, 01:03 AM
Also you could just use the berry that heals confusion instead of wasting a lum berry.

Once again, the two words of "Choice" and "Scarf" comes into mind

What the heck? Since when was Anti-Pop booted? :\

I have found yet another team in which Aerodactyl can run over... like this :P

SAMPLE BATTLE:
Flareon is sent out!
Foe Aerodactyl is sent out!
Aerodactyl uses Stone Edge!
Flareon faints!
Dragonite sent out!
Aerodactyl uses Ice Fang!
Dragonite faints!
Lanturn is sent out!
Aerodactyl uses Earthquake!
Lanturn faints!
Alakazam is sent out!
Aerodactyl uses Crunch!
Alakazam faints!
Tyranitar is sent out!
Aerodactyl uses Earthquake!
Tyranitar survives!
Tyranitar uses Stone Edge!
Aerodactyl survives with Focus Sash!
Aerodactyl uses Earthquake!
Tyranitar faints!
Blissey is sent out!
Aerodactyl uses Stone Edge!
Blissey either faints if not EV-trained in defense, if it does survive... IT FINALLY GETS RID OF THAT DAMN AERODACTYL!!!

I have mentioned this to many people.. Pokemon with speed higher than 125 carry a devastating impact to teams w/out good wall support(That is why I use every single speedy pokemon in the book >.>). I also suggest a Stealth Rock/Spiker to obliterate the effects of Focus Sash.

Virage, I guess you would like to know why these nice guys changed your setup so much. You should check your Pokemon in an online Pokedex, and look at their stats. Flareon has high Attack, so you'll want to give him Physical Attacks, not Special. Again, Blissey has non-existant Attack, so don't give her Physical Attacks, etc.

I don't think I'm allowed to post links, but you should also find a guide about Effort Values (EV) and Individual Values (IV).

But really, first of all, get to know the Pokemon you're using.

what would you guys suggest instead of lanturn?
