By acident I forgot to put the remaining 6 evs on def.:)

It is a tank, sp.sweeper and SRer because cosmic power raises both defs charge beam raises sp.atk almost every time it is used and ice beam to take the ground types that block charge beam.

Mantine does have a rather poor Special Attack base, but I added those EVs so Surf and Ice Beam could deal damage, if not, a bit. Max HP with the following special defence EVs should be enough to keep it alive in-battle for a number of turns.

thank you and i might battle a few OU teams to test it and see if it works ( cuz i saw a UU team that beat an ev trained uber team, so OU shouldn't be that much of a problom(sp?))

edit: i just noticed that sims didn't gave me a ev spread for vileplume, any ideas?
