So, I'm EV Training a Manaphy for fun, and I want to know a good moveset for him, it currently has 94 EV's Sp.Attk and 10 in Spd, I was thinking this moveset:

Manaphy- ???
Hydration
Timid
EV's:252 Sp.Attk/252 Spd/6 HP
-Rain Dance
-Tail Glow
-Surf
-Ice Beam/Grass Knot

Is this a good set?

Yes, I believe so. Manaphy isn't my area of expertise, but Energy Ball definitely help.
