Razor Wind is a very bad move. Why have Aqua Jet in such a fast pokémon? Waterfall is better, but since you don't have the HM yet, you can continue using Aqua Jet.

EDIT: The Amulet Coin can be found at the Amity Park. In one of those ruins.
