I'm not a player of that particular card game*but I'll give you three guesses as to what card game I do play* XD, but umm where did you get that statistic?

50% of all yugioh cards are fake? Sounds a bit much, I mean who would actually play the game if that many cards were all fake?

my friend got the winged dragon of raw and he found out it was fake. okey someone buys a deck,scan the cards,sales 'em for money that is what they do. i not in to it relly cuz it is expensive.

I think you are talking about the Egyptian God Cards, and not all the cards. 50% of all Egyptian God Cards are fake, right? Well I've never seen an Egyptian God Card before, as I don't go to leagues or have any friends who are really into the game, so I wouldn't know.

There are currently no "real" egyptian god cards yet, tho. so technically all god cards are fake at this point (that is, unless they actually did print it at Upper Deck).

Well you might have a set from Konami. They DID release a set of Egyptian God cards that look similar to the Upper Deck style and is in english.

erm... You can't be sure if it is 50% but yes it is more common to find a fake one than a real one. (depending on which store you're buying them from)

i've heard that some chinese company got sued for making fake god cards

God cards, ahh that reminds me, I wnet and bought feking fake ones the other day. Guess what I did, I went to where these people were making them, and beat the crap out of them. And got hold of the real ones ( yeah, they had em there ) Serves them right. Dont mess with me, excpecially £59.99 Fake god cards! >=8 happy I got the real ones up on display now.

I can belive that 50% or more God Cards are fake. I know how to tell the difference, so I never buy a fake one. (I've never bought a real one either though XD) One of my favorite things to do is to go on ebay and see how many fakes I can spot XD You won't belive how many I've found so far O.o

Yup. It's really hard to actually get the real ones unless you live in Japan.

I've seen some on the Internet that look pretty authentic... those are probably those Konami ones you were talking about. But of course I've seen so many fakes bouncin around that its starting to freak me out. This one kid on my block goes around bragging about the three ahem, fAkE god cards he has. These little kids think they got something rare by getting an unofficial card, but quite frankly it seems they've gotten something very common, and... shall I say... dumb..?

here's what i heard from a friend
he heard that a person went auctioning on ebay and the god card looked real
the limited edition worldwide edition (english kind)
and when the person sented it it was a proxy and that person also got sued
but i dunno who won

Yeah, I could tell just by a glance they were fake. Osiris(AKA Slipher) looked more like...oh let's see...um...what did he look like? a red red eyes black dragon with a gold backround, with of course, the words "Slifer, the sky dragon" printed on the top, and it had 4000 attack points and 3500 defense points.


Unfortunetly, He's the only one I remember in terms of the picture, but i do remember Ovilisk, The tormentor having 3100 attack points and 2400 defense points (Gasp :shocked: )and The Winged dragon of ra haveing 3700 attack points and 3000 defense points (ACK! :dead: )


But still, he is stupid. He still thinks they're genuine. :P
