Modest Lapras???

What move set should I have for a Modest Lapras? I got it this morning with Ice Beam and Horn Drill as egg moves, and it has 30 IV's in Sp. Atk and 28 in HP. What is a good set for it?

Any help would be much appreciated

Hmmm maybe one of the defenses since he has a huge HP anyway, but lacks proper defensive management

why not try choice specs?

Modest Nature
Ability: Water Absorb
212 SP ATK/180 DEF/116 HP
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Roar

use it with something that has a water/ice weakness and that has Stealth Rock/Rapid Spin like Donphan, Claydol, etc. once stealth rock is set, you bring it in to absorb Ice Beam/Surf, then as they switch out, you either predict and attack, or you predict that they switch out, and Roar.

with Choice Specs and that many evs, your Lapras will have around 426 SP ATK.
