Spacial Rend Darkrai can learn these three, I'm not sure Arceus can.
Dark Void
Judgment- Arceus Exclusive

hyper beam
frenzy plant
hydro cannon. Random Set, Any expert player knows this set is horrible.

Not for real battling, but the 4 coolest moves I like. For competitive...
~Nasty Plot
~Swords Dance
~Agility

Barring smeargle, I don't think any poke learns those 4, but it could set up sweepers effectively.
