Max EVs for any stat is 255...though 252 is all you need.

Who knows...but if you use SD, focus sash is a must, as well as a spinner.

Those are horrible suggestions. Just horrible. Poison Jab should never be used, unless on a POISON TYPE. Iron Tail is far too inaccurate, and steel isn't the best attack move.

Lastly, Leftovers/Sooth Bell (I'm sure you meant Sooth) will do Lucario no good. It's defences being low + being weak to Earthquake makes it FAR too fragile for those items.

His original moveset was NOT good at all.
