Nasty Plot because no better fillers, and not to mention it works perfectly with the best prediction.
Everything else is self-explanatory.

EDIT: Also, if you're looking to SubSeed, perhaps you should use Sceptile over Venusaur:

If you'd like, you could convert the SAtk EVs into Defense so it can take hits at least SLIGHTLY better.

Yes, it is manipulated by IV. It is hard to get the proper type AND Power.
