Should I keep the Porygon?

I'm making a Porygon-Z and here are it's IVs.

Porygon - #137 (Timid)
HP: 28 - 29
Att: 18 - 19
Def: 27 - 31
SpA: 16 - 29
SpD: 17 - 21
Speed: 31

Sorry about the Sp atk. range, it came back as invalid for some strange reason when I tried to narrow it down. There isn't anyone to battle, so I can't d/c on anyone.

That's an odd Sp Atk range. If you used Rare Candies to get your IVs, try again. Maybe you made a mistake somewhere. If the Sp Atk IV is ~26-29, keep that sucker.
