This set is a mess. You've got a Baton Pass set on one side and a physical sweeper on the other. The BP set is pointless since you have nothing that really benefits from it.

EVs: 252 Sp Atk, 186 Def, 72 SAtk
-Surf
-Ice Beam

-Stealth Rock/Rest

Swampert needs at least 186 Defense to survive a CBMence's Dragon Claw, CBTar's Crunch, or Life Orb Garchomp's Earthquake. Basically, switch your Atk and Def Evs around. Actually, put the Atk EVs into SpAtk since that stat is lower.

DD Altaria is pointless in OU since Salamence does it way better. If you want to use Altaria in OU, take advantage of its unique features i.e. its high defenses, Natural Cure, and diverse support movepool.

Salamence can't learn Ice Beam. And WTF is Dragon Dance doing on a Choice Band Tyranitar? The most laughable selection is the Life Orb Blissey with Double-Edge coming off it's massive 10 base power.

Yes, you read it wrong...and lol, that blissey moveset just MIGHT beat CB blissey. Just so you know, "RMT" means "Rate My Team." Make your own thread if you wanna post...just so you know. Another bit of advice...do some research on battling, that team isn't so...well, it's horrific.

As for the actual team, Scyther...physical sweeper or BPer? That's really your call, but I'd choose now. Houndoom, yeah okay. Maybe put in HP fighting like Aragorn said. Give swampert rest, IMO at least...that's all for now.
