Slowking?

Why is it that Slowbro is considered OU, while Slowking is considered UU? For the most part, they have the same stats (Def and SDef are swapped, but that's it). Is it the moveset? Because Slowking can learn Nasty Plot, and Slack Off if you evolve a Slowpoke with that move. So, can anyone answer this for me?

Slowbro's higher Defense makes all the difference, because that's what makes it a better bulky Water. Slowbro can take hits from Garchomp, Salamence, Gyarados, etc. Slowking can't and anything that can't handle OU sweepers is demoted to UU.

Well, yeah, aragornbird is correct...but it is still usable. I consider myself a slowking expert, ever since I maxed out its speed EVs years ago...with a hasty nature...in other words, if you need a moveset, I can't help. It opperates very similar to slowbro, but not quite the same with the stat distribution. It is a lot like pinsir vs. heracross...though pinsir is actually pretty good.

Slowbro can dual wall once he gets a CM in, Slowking can't increase def without curse ._. I prefer CM XD
