don't use wobbuffet... the opponent always appreciate safe rounds of curse and roar you away afterward, or get 6 double team for a cursing Dusclops...
even if you're using choice band still get the other attacks. you never know what will happen.
lacked pseudohazers... which you REALLY need

Hmm........ I find this moveset to work for dusclops
Dusclops Brave@Quick Claw
Mean Look
Toxic
Shadow Punch
Confuse Ray
With Brave nature, shadow punch will be quite powerful, you needed at least one direct attack.Quick claw is because of his bad speed, and with Brave nature, it will really need help.

Well, it all really depends on what moves you plan to give it.

Dusclops attacking = no no... don't dump wasted EV into the crappy attack power when you have the luxurious 300+ defenses... in terms of speed you are doomed either way... but it's a tank so speed is not a question.
Dusclops @ leftovers- calm/bold- EV -> Def/SpDef
(set1)
-double team
-mean look
-curse
-rest
(set2)
-rest
-will o wisp
-confuse ray
-mean look/night shade
not all the time you need direct attack... as long as you can attack.
Umbreon is also a tanker, so stick with bold/calm. Unless you got a cursing Umbreon then you can go adamant.

Hmm, yes you are right there, dusclops is an annoyer, not an attacker.
Perhaps you could also put toxic in there, that is sure to annoy
