Keep the Dratini?

Hey, I just bred the following Dratini:

Nature: Adamant
HP: 29
Atk: 24
Def: 24
SpAtk: 21
SpDef: 21
Spd: 24

This looks to be the best of my current batch of eggs, and while he could do with a bit more points in Attack and Speed, he seems pretty nice. I'm not particularly thrilled about making a fourth batch of Dratinis, so I'm considering settling for this guy, and using him as a physical sweeper when he evolves into Dragonite. What do you think?

Id keep it as those are really good Ivs Imo.

It'll do...it could be better, but it SHOULD be fine...so yeah, it looks okay...
