They will still breed...
"They prefer to play with the other pokemon"- They will not breed.
"The 2 don't seem to like each other..."-They will breed, just not all too often.
"The 2 seem to get along"-They will breed fairly often.
"The 2 get along very well"-They will breed very often.
yours goes under the one I have bolded...so they will breed, just give it time. The factors that influence how often they breed...
-Same species
-Different ID number
If both of those apply, they will breed a lot. If one of those applies, they will breed fairly often. If neither of those apply, they will breed hardly at all, but they will breed.
Of course, they have to be compatable with the pokemon (one male, (or ditto) one female (or ditto), same egg group) in order to breed at all.
So that's it. Hope it helped.

Yeah, let me explain.
"They prefer to play with other pokemon than each other"
They have a 0% chance of producing an egg because they are not in the same egg group.
"The two don't seem to like each other"[u]
They have a 19.8% chance of producing an egg every 256 steps.
Your pokemon are different species but same OT.
[u]"The seem to get along"
They have a 49.5% chance of producing an egg every 256 steps.
Your pokemon are the same species and the same OT.
OR your pokemon are different species and different OT.
"The two seem to get along very well."
They have a 69.3% chance of producing an egg every 256 steps.
Your pokemon are the same species but different OT.

Yeah, pretty much what I said lol...but the percentages are rather helpful, I actually didn't know that.
