I tried breeding a F.E.A.R and the Ratata only had Tackle and Growl. Why?

Not Sure If this Shoudl be in breeders corner.
But is your F.E.A.R Male? And what are you breeding it with?

It's female lvl 1 I;m breeding with Raticate male lvl 50 and a ditto.

So the F.E.A.R pokemon is the Raticate? And your breeding that with a ditto?
Well, If i was you i'd find Some other pokemon in the Same egg gorup as the raticate And see what happens
on the other hand if the F.E.A.R pokemon is the lvl1 female, then the only moves it will come with are tackle and growl becuase only males pass down moves :)

In order for the baby to know a level up move when it hatches, both parents will have to know the moves, so in other words, you'll have to have a male and female Raticate that both know Endeavor and Quick Attack; otherwise it won't work.
