How do U get to Island 8/9

I hope I haven't asked this already, but I'm stuck in my game.
I've beaten the Elite 4 twice, caught Mewtwo, and finished the Islands 1-7 missions, but still haven't unlocked islands 8/9

How do U unlock Islands 8 and 9?

I think you need some kind of ticket from Nintendo, like the eon ticket in Ruby/Sapphire.

Why is it so hard to use the Simple Questions thread?

And to get to islands 8 and 9 you need special tickets. The one to island 8 is being released soon in Japan I believe.
