THANK GOD Cena is out. He is pulling the industry way down. Hell, I think the way the WWE is run is dragging the industry way down to. Some of these brands need real champions. Kane, Undertaker, Ric Flair (WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!), Even Edge, or HHH, or the returning Chris Jericho (yes hes close to coming back). The WWE has a real lack of talent right now. And Smackdown is CLEARLY the better product right now. I mean, I remember when RAW was the show, but now its nothing but talking and bs. WTF! ECW has more action then RAW! Mr. M needs to retire and bring back Paul Haymen!

Chris Jericho's return is entirely a rumor, however powerfully fueled that rumor may be.

Latest news that comes with that is Chris Jericho has been offered a large sum contract for a return, creative control of how his character is portrayed, and a championship title run. I, for once, see this as how desperate the WWE is right now.

As for No Mercy, it's a possibility, but I see his opponent most likely being Ken Kennedy, coming off the fight on RAW. It could possibly spark a feud between two heels, which I really wouldn't mind seeing for once.

I am a really big Cena fan, but even I think his character is getting stale. Regarding the title at NM, I think that if Jericho is coming back, put the belt on him. If not, give it to HHH or Kennedy, just someone with mic skills. Definitely don't put it on Orton, because not only is he not a very good mic worker, he's a terrible prescence backstage and hated by most fans and superstars. Not to mention the WWE wouldn't be guaranteed that Orton wouldn't start acting childish and be forced to suspend him during his title reign. I mean, the guy is a neusance backstage, and he was recently involved in a steroid scandal. Is that really who you want representing your top show of your company? I don't think so.

And I totally agree, I miss the Throwback, the suplex, an effective FU that actually ends the match once in a while, and his taunting style. I mean, besides the 5 kcuckle shuffle half-hearted "You can't see me", when does he taunt guys anymore? I mean, I always had pictured him being a face like The Rock, not just sticking to the traditional face mold and always being goody two shoes.

Oh and lastly, his STF variation sucks, they should either teach him how to do it or scrap it as his finisher.

Chris Jericho is all but back in WWE. Roomer has it the deal was signed today.

Its early on this one though, but the injury suffered by Cena was simply devastating. From what has been said it was amazing he made it through the match. Out until after WM24 at the earliest.

On the point about Jericho (in spoiler tags for those who don'twant to know about Jericho news)-
What about all the Save_us.222 promos? People absolutely dissected those, and found stuff embedded in all the floating text.

I mean, some of the stuff that the guy points out on that video is a little out there, but for the most part it seems to point to Jericho (especially the countdown at the end). Now I think that the "when" is the only concern, not the "how". I have heard as early as Sunday at No Mercy and as late as Survivor Series, but most speculation seems to revolve around Cyber Sunday. One has to wonder if they might bring him back on Sunday though, just because of the current title situation.

On the Cena note- That really sucks. I mean, I realize that his character is getting stale and most people don't like his character, but for any top WWE guy to have to miss WM must be hell. I hope he doesn't come back too soon as well, because I would hate to see him re-injure himself.

It was funny though, my mom was downstairs for the beginning of ECW the other night, and when they showed the Cena footage she was like "Is he faking it? They must just be making it look like he's hurt so he can take a vacation!" I the proceeded to laugh at her and then point out the exact point of the amtch where he got hurt. It was fairly close to when Orton came out, you can see that he grasps his pec for a second and then cringes through the rest of the match.

And another thing cena was a great wrestler for some time but yer he did limit his moves abit so that just made him a pretty bad wrestler, i did like him at some point.

At first I thought those "Jericho" promos were just part of some thing that I hated, that 'try it' drink commercial thing. I never knew why they put those on but I saw something about saving in there, like "Savior". Just now I realize it was a Jericho promo. Anyways, I was happy that Cena won't be the champ for half a year or a whole year. I couldn't stand him as champion: "The Champ Is Here!" "Cena is a fighting champion" I just can't stand it, his matches usually go as a match, then: Cena's 5 (or 6) Moves of "Doom". To whoever said that Marella and Dykstra could be champ in a year-
Oh God, I hope you are wrong! If they ever made Marella the champion, I would stop watching WWE. He's a fairly good mic worker, but not all that great of a wrestler. As for Dykstra, he's alright, but I would rather see him in the Tag/IC/US title divisions.

The young talent that they really need to be pushing is guys like Kennedy, MVP, Cody Rhodes (possibly), and Shelton Benjamin. Especially Benjamin, he's so entertaining I expected him to be in the main event picture by now, and instead they are keeping him stranded in the mid-card.

About RVD and Sabu-
Sabu was thrown out due to conduct, and could possibly sign on with TNA after he clears his WWE contract. But I hope he just retires, or only comes to TNA as a hardcore match specialist, because as far as real wrestling goes, he's just a missed-spot machine.
As far as RVD, the WWE couldn't satisfy his money needs, and he's seemingly going to TNA eventualy. Now that is a move I would like to see happen, I can imagine the RVD vs. AJ Styles vs. Fallen Angel vs. Sabin in Ultimate X already.

Regarding the WWE title's fate-
They're discussing options probably as we speak, but...
...rumor has it Orton's going to get the belt. Ugh.

Regarding the WWE.com poll-
I don't think they're going to take it seriously, and it is probably just someone with absolutely no life sitting there and casting votes for Val. I do hope that they bring him back into the IC title picture though, I really never understood why they turned him into a jobber.

Are you nuts?! Big Daddy V has absolutely zero talent, not to mention he's a lot slower than most big men. Not to mention his man-boobs make me want to puke every time I see them. The Dreamer-Punk match would have been phenomenal, and instead they seem to think that they have to put a guy who is completely over even more over by putting him up against a fat, no talent piece of garbage like Big Daddy V.

And finally, to the guy who asked if Stone COld is coming back-
No, absolutely not. He had some terrible injuries that he has dealt with, and wrestling again could exacerbate them again and possiblt cripple him. Absolutely no, I wouldn't want to see Stone Cold risk his livelyhood for one more wrestling match.

Oh and I saw an interesting thought on the match....

Wow that's really interesting, I honestly never even thought of that. But yeah, The Rock's only 35, whreas Batista is 41 and HHH is 38. That really surprised me though, I always thought Batista was a lot younger than that since they game him his push at the same time as Cena and labeled them as teh future of WWE.

But outside of the ages, I don't think Rocky's ever going to come back, at least not for more than a match. I would imagine he's a bit turned off by all this crap surrounding the WWE with all the steroids and misconducts and double homicide-suicides. I think that he could wreslte, the question is if he wants to wrestle, which I'm not sure he does any more.

But regarding my thoughts on the PPV last night, I thought it was phenomenal. It was honestly the first WWE PPV in a really long time that I wasn't dissapointed by. The HHH/Orton LMS match was one for the record books, and honetly gets my vote for match of the year. Not to mention it was a hilarious moment when Orton's first reign lasted all of 25 minutes. Heck, even the Batista/Khali match which I had no expectations for was pretty good. I would give it a 5/5, and it would've been a 6 if Jericho had returned.

I guess I don't think it's a "small market" persay, but it's not nearly as big of a stage as WWE or TNA, where Lesnar should be. I think the biggest issue with him possibly signing with a major company is that he has an MMA career now too and needs to sign a deal where he could balance the two out.

Although it probably won't happen, I'd like to see The Rock take a break from acting and return to the ring. I was a big fan of his when I was younger, and good ol' Rock himself is still only 35, three years younger than Batista.

They should close down ECW, and have a cool draft for the ECW superstars to see what show they should go.
WWE needs to improve there storylines big time! thats wuts holding them down also.
I think they should intorduce a new fraction(wich should be heel), not a come back(like DX, nWo, etc).

Since that new deal as been anounced between Estrada and Vickie Gurrero, I think that ECW and SmackDown! are gonna merge together, and combine the ECW Title with the World Heavyweight Championship. Or if they want ECW to last, give them a bigger roster, a second title (ECW Television Championship, anyone?) and a Tag Team Title.

Ratings are possibly down on RAW due to the absense of Cena. We need a deep, in-depth storyline like the ones we used to see in the old days. At the moment all we've got is HHH vs. Umaga and Vince, and HBK vs. RKO. I say they get 3:16 involved again if he's picked as the ref at Cyber Sunday. He's still officially a member of the RAW roster, and he's arguably the most popular superstar in the business.

As for the SmackDown side of things, the main rivalry is Matt vs. MVP, which is getting a tad boring tight now for me. Although we have got the comeback of Edge to look forward to, round about at Survivor Series.

My Cyber Sunday Card:

WWE Championship Match: Randy Orton vs. Jeff Hardy. My logic behind this is, despite being a big fan of Jeff myself, he's one of the most popular guys out there right now, and a popular champion can only be good for Vince's ratings. I won't expect HBK to be too far away from that ring though... Jeff wins by pinfall, after unseen interference from HBK.

World Heavyweight Championship Match: Steve Austin as the Guest Referee. Austin as the ref would make this interesting, and all together a better match. Batista is looking strong right now, and has had impressive victories over Khali, but I feel that Undertaker will have more desire to regain his title after he unfairly lost it to Edge. Undertaker wins after a Tombstone Piledriver.

ECW Championship Match: CM Punk vs. John Morrison. Over in the UK, we don't see much of ECW, but from what I've gathered, Morrison is on the up, and is a pretty popular guy over there, but Punk will have more in the tank. Punk will retain title.

HHH vs. Umaga: Street Fight. The Rampaging Samoan will have a point to prove, especially if he's let loose with the weapons he could get his hands on in a Street Fight. HHH is deft with a Sledgehammer, and the crowd will definitely be on his side. This one is gonna be tight, and could go either way, but I think The Game will take it by a whisker. HHH to win, just.

Matt Hardy vs. MVP: Boxing Match. The cockyness and arrogance of Porter will get the better of him in this one. Matt will be focused and ready. Matt to win.

Rey Mysterio vs. Finlay, Stretcher Match. Finlay loves to fight, and he has the edge in strength, but Mysterio's vastly superior speed will aid him significantly in this one, even more so if it's a Shileilagh on a Pole match. 619 will reign supreme.

Dude, BFG was the best PPV I've seen in a long time. Sting v. Angle was great and same with Joe v. Christian. I also really liked Ultimate X. That spot off of the top of the structure by Skipper was insane! Oh and Monster's Ball was crazzzzzzzzy. When Raven got black hole slammed on the tacks and glass I almost pissed my pants, it was ridiculous. Oh and AJ and Tomko v Creed and Killings was a great match too (dare I say, "phenomenal"). It was good to see the old AJ back. I could go on about the other matches, but then I would basically be going over the whole card. But overall it was 10x better than any WWE show I've seen in a while and the best TNA show of the year.

As far as the ratings, I don't see any real panic situation. I mean, WWE is essentially all on its own as far as ratings because TNA isn't even beating ECW some weeks. And speaking of ECW, I kinda hope that they discontinue it. They're basically ruining the legacy of ECW and what it'll be remembered for.

Oh, and here's how I see the Cyber Sunday card:

WWE Title: Orton v. Michaels in a very very very close vote. My guess is about 37% Michaels, 33% Hardy and 30% Kennedy. Unfortunately, Orton retains.

WHT: Taker v. Batista w/ Foley as ref. I pick Foley to win this vote in an upset, just because he's so awesome. Undertaker wins, since he had to vacate his title last time due to injury.

Umaga v. HHH in a street fight. I'm half tempted to say cage match, but it'll be a street fight. And H will win, obviously.

ECW: Punk v. Morrison. Let's face it, nobody wants to see Punk v. BDV again, and nobody wants to see The Miz period. Punk retains.

Mysterio v. Finlay in a stretcher match. I mean, c'mon. No DQ? Lame. Shillelagh on a pole? Is that even a match? Finlay wins brutally.

Hardy v. MVP in an MMA match. I am kind of doubting this happening, but I really hope it's an MMA. I mean, seeing Matt Hardy get his face punched in? Priceless. I pick MVP for the win regardless of the stip.

Don't you guys realize that if CM Punk goes to Raw that he'll be put in the mid-card right away? ECW is for the developmental talent and Raw and SD are for the beefed up bodybuilder talent. Punk would just experience the same problems that Christian did with WWE, in that he won't get his push because he's not imposing enough. For now I'd say just keep him on ECW as the champ and eventually move him to SD where he would have a better chance at a title shot than on Raw.
