Wishing Eevee I Need One.

Well i have tried everything to get me a wishing eevee breeding and everything and it hasnt worked. So can someone supply me with a wishing eevee i can give you johto/kanto starters. Umm a Phione Egg or A Phione Untouched Hatched Or A Level 58 Kyorge - But i dont really want to give it away but if i have to T_T

To get Wish on Eevee is part of a Breeding chain. It goes Togetic -> Pikachu -> Eevee. Since both Togepi and Pichu can't breed, you'll need to build their happiness and evolve in order to breed.

Oh right i didnt know i had to breed it with pikachu first.
and the togetic i have a male and female. Which should i use?

Use the male one. Only Male Pokemon pass their egg moves, so you'll need both a female Pikachu, and a female Eevee.
