Starmie - Problems

I recenetly finished EV training my Starmie and gave it TMs. I then found out it had the "Illuminate" abilty and i wanted "natural Cure". So i a breeding it to transfer the Tms.
If i give it Everstone, will it pass on the nature even if it has no gender?

No I think they get completely different natures.

You'll have to give the Ditto the Everstone to pass on Natures.

Also, genderless Pokemon can pass on moves? This explains why my Phione knew Surf, Ice Beam, and Grass Knot...

Yes TMs only. Because Egg moves would require both parents to have the move. Hence why the Staryus i hatched had harden, not recover.

Actually, Ditto can help pass on Egg moves, which is why the Hitmon family can pass moves to each other even though they are all male, for example

I think TM moves are passed down so long as the "male" knows the moves, thus with Genderless Pokemon Ditto is the "female" if it's holding an Everstone... I'm guessing he'd be the male if the other one was holding the Everstone.
