I was wondering, are these Ivs good enough for a rapid Spin Starmie? just need a second persons opinion.
HP 15 - 19
Attack 20 - 24
Defense 25 - 29
SpeeD 20 - 24
Sp. Atk 25 - 29
Sp. Def 30 - 31
Everything is fantastic apart from that Hp, but is this still usable ?

O_o I never got anything like that so...it must be at least a bit good.

It's pretty good, actually. If the Sp. Atk was a bit more precise and closer to 28-29, it'd be slightly better, but those are very nice IVs.

Yeah, they're pretty good. I prefer great, but it should be enough to be usable. You could probably get a better one, but that works.

Yea but rapid spin uses att and thats like your lowest thing in ivs. But it's still good cause i've hatched 63 riolus and haven't got 1 very good one! :(

Rapid Spin is only on this to clear Spikes and Stealth Rock away.
Also try changing the parents of the Riolu's around a bit as one or both probably have bad Iv's, which is why you keep getting bad baby's.
