STAB Psychic = 135 vs HP Fighting = 70 (at best) x 2 = 140. Not much of a difference there, even coming from Azelf's immense SpAtt.

First of all, Garchomp's SAtk is **** to be oriented for Special Sweeping. Next, he sucks at Mixed Sweeping as well. Do not use any SAtks on it not named Fire Blast.

Probably a little more of a Bulky EV Spread if you're running Nasty Plot. Salac Berry is a viable option.
Otherwise, that way's fine too.
Lack of a Special Tank means your team falls prey to other fellow Porygon-Z, as well as Gengar and CSpecs Salamence.
And you also lack status resisters or Status Healers.

Listen to Iceman...though gyara w/o EQ is a sad gyara...sad...aw, poor little guy. Well, it's a giant snake, but still. I like EQ and ice fang personally.
