Electivire Question

Just wondering, what do you guys think Electivire is better off with: Cross Chop, Brick Break, or Low Kick? Brick Break is a guranteed 75 Base Power and 100% Accuracy, Low Kick's Damage depends on the Pokemon you attack, and Cross Chop is the most powerful with a 100 Base Power but 80% Accuracy. So which should work best with him?

While we're at it, what do you think a good moveset for Electivire is?

Cross Chop, always. Low Kick doesn't hurt Blissey as much and neither does Brick Break.
