I heard he was a top tier UU in the past. Did he get any boosts in the generatoin switch?
Also, what are some good movesets for him?

Charge Beam makes him sexy.

EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 20 SAtk / 84 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Charge Beam
- Ice Beam
- Rest / Substitute
- Sleep Talk / Surf
Either RestTalk or Sub with him. Sub is awesome if you're anticipating Ground Switch-Ins.

Lanturn @ Petaya Berry / Leftovers / Wise Glasses
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 52 HP / 44 Def / 160 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Agility
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Thunderbolt / Charge Beam
In this situation, Charge Beam is risky, but can help support Ice Beam and Surf.

That would be overly difficult, Lanturn is UU for a reason, its not that ulky to be a status inflictor.

Thunder Wave, it's risky since fast-striking Ground Attackers are the main things that will switch in on it. But worth a try if you're willing to take the risk.

Confuse Ray, NEVER. It's only forcing a switch with no lasting effect, which is one big waste.

Ok, so is bold the best nature, i just made a Calm one that seems pretty nice

Edit: Also what baout charge on a Sp def. set
