Yeah...this team fails. No acusations of flaming, 'k? Truth is, nothing on your team can take a hit. What ahppens when areodactyl (faster than all of your pokemon) and starts throwing EQs at you? Don't worry, it's more than capable of taking out Mence and gengar. Truth is, nothing on your team can take a hit, and you'll suffer for it. It also is tough to rate with NO EVs, NO natures, and NO egg moves? What? If you don't wanna breed, you're playin' the wrong game.

But if you want me to put your entire team in bold...

Did you read a word I wrote? You don't necessarily need a tank, you need a special wall and a physical wall. your team is incredibly weak to the most common sweepers.

True enough, and for your team, you will HAVE to remove 2 special sweepers, my votes go to Azelf and Magmortar for removal because one, legendaries aren;t allowed in many battles at all, whihc limits usage, and Magmortar is ugly plus Gengar has more coverage. Special Wall, im going to say either Milotic or Blissey, physical wall, go for Forrestress with Spikes and Rapid Spin, and tank probably, hmmm, Rhyperior anyone? Im crap with sets but that seems like a more well balanced team to me.

Ok, the team being suggested is still needed, the tank being Rhyperior to bowl over everything, walls being forretress and blissey. Bulky rock type being RHYPERIOR DUDE! Its the BEST rock type there is, well Aerodactyl is pretty sweet too, but still RHYPERIOR fits your team well too.

Well if your so against Rypherior why not Swampert. He's not a rock type but in my quick look over your team Swampert seems to fit rather well especially if you go Blissey.
Cursepert? I don't know much about Swampert's use and I'm too lazy to really check but I blieve it has physical tanking possibilities.

The breeding takes a long time...EV training takes me about 2 hours per pokemon...it's really not that bad :/

You NEED to giv Blissey defense EVs, because without them, she'll topple from pretty much any physical attack. She needs to have the best possible. And for a physical tank? Hmmm, Donphan? Um... Mamoswine? Wait is he a sweeper or a tank?
