There is an EV guide in the sticky in this forum. Shinies show up at random, you'll have to get lucky.

Well, you could use a special method called "chaining" to find shiny pokemon... but it can get extremely annoying if you mess up.

Chaining Pokemon will help you get a shiny pokemon faster.
