I think Roar/Whirlwind is good for Ninjask, but the Ninjask can always set up the stats up again if you havent' damaged it in any sort of way (Stealth Rock is death sentence for Ninjask)

Well its really up to preference, Adamant if you still have Jask support. However bear in mind if Jask dies, after a single Dragon Dance you wont outrun pokemon with base 130 speed with Adamant. With Jolly you will outrun those pokemon after a Dragon Dance.

You really needf to raise a new one, or risk HP ice jolteon to come in and splop you...whatever that means. Rebreed, jolly nature. Yache berry makes ice beam not hurt so bad.

Claydol walls the stuff skarmbliss have trouble with, like a CBcross using close combat...skarm doesn't take that well :/ that's what claydol is for.
