First off: If you're not gonna IV breed/ EV train your pokemon, you have NO HOPE of ever winning a match in a real battle. I'm just getting that out of the way right now.
Also, items that increase the damage of a single move type (like Metal Coat and Mystic Water) are crap. They only increase damage by 1.1%, so you're better off with a different item.

This-team-is-fail. No point in properly rating it if you don't care about EVs/IVs and natures.

Changes in bold, you will still get murdered, but at least the movesets are better (some were quite good anyway)

Alright, I'll try this. Not that it'll mean much since your Pokes are untrained, but whatever.
aight here it goes.. oh yea and there all normal max stat, none IV and EV trained pokemon cuz i think all that extra stuff is complicated. lol
Infernape- Expert Belt/ Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
24hp/252atk/232spd
Close Combat
Swords Dance
Thunderpunch/ Stone Edge
Flare Blitz
For a physical sweeping Ape, Will-o-Wisp seems like a bad choice. 'Nape isn't a status user- he's made to strike hard and fast. Along those lines, give him Expert Belt or Life Orb- he won't need Lefties too much.
Vaporeon
Surf
Brine
Ice Beam
Substitute
Vaporeon isn't made to sweep. He's more of a Baton Passer/ Wish passer. Replace with something else. Also, two water-type moves is just plain redundant. Also, no Mystic Water. A 1.1% boost isn't worth the bother.
Zapdos-
Thunderbolt
U-Turn
Thunder Wave
Pluck
No comment. Besides stating that Pluck is bad, anyway.
Garchomp- Life Orb
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Fire Fang
Swords Dance
Toxic? No. Like 'Nape, Garchomp is there to hit fast and hard. Get something else on there.
Metagross- Choice Band
Bullet Punch
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Explosion
Metagross has pretty good defenses, but not enough to be a real support Poke. Or at least, there are other Pokemon that do it better. Meta isn't slow enough to really take advantage of Gyro Ball, so his signature Meteor Mash is a much better matchup. Earthquake because frankly, it's frickin' powerful. And Explosion as a last ditch effort
Spiritomb- Leftovers
Shadow Sneak
Dark Pulse
Nasty Plot
Attract (it's female)
Attract is very unreliable. Don't use it. Other than that, no comment.

This team needs a lot of work, and I'm sure as hell not the person to tell you.
Also, this is actually my first time really rating a team, so Anti or Itachi will likely call me an idiot. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v634/Gamerman/Image%20Macros/yelwacko.gif

I don't rate non-EVed teams. truth is, you just have to take a good 3 hours to learn that stuff. there is no "old-fashoned way." Pokemon just has newer features. IVs, unlike EVs to some, are so easy to understand...I mean really.
As for your team...beginner mistakes. 2 attack moves of the same type on one pokemon, held items like metal coat, need I go on?
