Ok well.....i really wanna know how you get Jolteon's boltbeam...
So how many IV's must be in each stat to get it... so like
HP31
ATK12
etc etc :)

And what would be a good moveset for a Jolteon :)?
Sry if this is in the wrong place...but i dunno where to put it...

Boltbeam is a combination of moves Thunderbolt and Ice Beam... hits almost everything for at least neutral damage. The things that resist both are Magnemite/Magneton/Magnezone and Chinchou/Lanturn. But they are hardly used if at all (although Magnezone is starting to shine as a great Skarmory counter)

I see.....so Jolteon can't learn Boltbeam?....because it sounds awesome...and i know alot of people don't use the Magnetons and Chimeco's so i guess i'll be a bit safe :).
But can any pokemon learn?
And what do the IV's have to be...for a pokemon so that it can learn Boltbeam :)?

boltbeam is common due to them both being availiable in TM form, the IVs only really matter if you are going for a mockboltbeamer and are using either Hidden Power Ice or Hidden Power Electric in place of one of the two moves.

And the most common boltbeamers are Starmie and Porygon-Z

(prepares to be told about more boltbeamers)

Regice can also Bolt Beam very well

Also i think your getting confused

Ice Beam + Thunderbolt = BoltBeam

Hidden Power Ice/Electric + Thunderbolt/Ice Beam = Mock Bolt beam

Starmie is a Bolt Beamer so it wouldnt need Hidden power XD

Kingdra is a great mock boltbeamer with HP electric...

But about jolteon, if you're using the sweeping set, you might wanna put in shadow ball to bring doom to gengar and Zam...if they stay in.
