Salamence @ Choice Specs
Trait: Intimidate
Modest Nature (+Special Attack -Attack)
- Hydro Pump
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower..

Steelix @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Rest
- Explosion...

Manectric is kinda hard to use..

Manectric @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Static
Lonely Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice
- Crunch
- Fire Fang. IMO, too low of a movepool to have a good moveset..

Don't forget Manectric has Flamethrower now:

Manectric @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Static
EV: 252 Speed / 240 SpAtt / 16 Att
Nature: Hasty/Naive
Thunderbolt
Flamethrower
HP Ice
Crunch

Looks kind of awkward but it works. 105 base speed is enough to even catch max speed Scarfchomp.

YAY!!!!!! STEELIX!!!!!!!!!!

Steelix @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy / Rock Head
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Rest
- Roar

Steelix HAS to be able to heal, or don't expect it to do much for you. I personally don't like stone edge on steelix, but if you REALLY want it, put it over roar, though it kinda needs that too :/ In fact, roar is the only move that IMO that you can really get rid of for stealth rock or whatever. You can always use wish support and take out rest, but that's a bit tricky.

Manectric@Choice Scarf
Trait: Static (Lightningrod sucks)
Nature: Timid
EV Spread: 252 SPD / 252 SPATK / 6 HP (I hate 252/252 Spreads, but Choice Items usually restrict EV Spreads)

Thunderbolt
Flamethrower
HP Ice
Overheat

Pretty effective in BL/UU. I have used it in OU to moderate success, but it's too frail for the most part. Overheat is good for hit-and-run tactics and the other moves are staples for Manectric.
