I have a Graveler who knows earthquake. But i want to pass it onto a Gastrodon. What's he easiest and quickest way to do this?

It's not possible. The only Pokemon in the Mineral group that belongs to two groups, Snorunt (and evolutionaries), can't learn Earthquake.

And this means you can only get it from a TM. There's access to cloning in emerald, so you could get the TM, Clone, and transer on a pokemon to DP.

In case you don't have Emerald, you can also get more Earthquakes from the Battle Tower (80 BP).

Oh, and it turns out that Shellos can't even learn Earthquake, so it would have been impossible to breed anyway. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v634/Gamerman/Image%20Macros/yelwacko.gif
