Is sleep clause really necessary in the GSC generation? I heard one of the reasons HDE Gengar became so cheap is because D&P increased the accuracy of hypnosis (bc they r idiot).
Without that increased accurracy do we still need sleep clause to stop the game from becoming over centralized?
How about if you play where you can't have any stuff that you'd need to trade to get. Would sleep clause be necessary if you could only have Hauntar and no Gengar?
