It's not really abut his website though. Unless he needs them for his website or something. He's requesting a hosting solution, though it is only for images. I guess you could consider that a website, it's kind of a tossup.

for some reason this sounds like a banner problem... as you need a website for vbulletin to link to the banner

Maybe Questions and Feedback then? It really depends on what he needs them for. For now, Webmasters and Arcanine will move it if we need it in Q&F.

*sigh* You want a host that allows offsite linking. http://hometown.aol.com/ and http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/ both allow that, but Tripod US doesn't.
