Okay I have a few questions.
First: Is there absoutly no way to get rid of a HM?
Second: Can some one tell what the moves of rayquaza are on emerald.
Last: I was playing ruby and fought rayquaza and it was like 20min of fighting him then he started to use struggle does that happen when they run out of move or something?

Yes you can get rid of HM. The move deleter can get rid of it. And Rayquazas moves are Extreme speed,outrage,Fly,and Thunder ??? I think? And yes thats what happens when they run outta moves.
