Smeargle Lv.1@Focus Sash
Nature, IVs, EVs don't matter
-Endeavor
-MachPunch/Ice Shard/Quick Attack/Shadow Sneak/Extremespeed/Aqua Jet/Bullet Punch/Vacuum Wave
-MachPunch/Ice Shard/Quick Attack/Shadow Sneak/Extremespeed/Aqua Jet/Bullet Punch/Vacuum Wave
-Pursuit
Basically, it's the same as FEAR Rattata. Get hit, FOcus Sash Activates, Endeavor, and then the next turn use Quick Attack and friends. If you predict a Switch, Pursuit it.

If you're going to use Smeargle, please give him Spore. He needs it.

-_-;
I know it works best with SPore, but isn't at least a viable option?
I always try to make sets that probably wouldn't be fit as stanards, but can work at times. Like my CBTress I mentioned in an earlier thread.

It's viable, sure, but Spore just works better. He doesn't need two attacking moves. Not giving him Spore is pretty much just handicapping him.

What does pursuit do? It has 20 base attack, it aint doin nothing.

No, 40 Base, and it attacks fleeing Pokemon with Double power
EDIT: Nvm, you said Base attack =D sorry =(

I meant smeargle's base attack...pursuit is a great attack, but not on something with the attack power of shuckle.

Actually, Pursuit has 40 BP, 80 if an enemy is switching out. Of course, you're right in the fact that it won't do much coming off of Smeargle.

As mentioned above, I was refering to smeargle's attack base. silly me. Spore would do far better.

you can make Fear Swellows... or basically anyone with Endeavor and some sort of quick attack type move...
I like it more on a ratatta for the humiliating factor.

That last line SO made my day. the humiliating factor. that's classic. FEAR is so predictabkle though...this smeargle...maybe not so much. who knows?

Way to NOT contribute :/
FEAR can work if the user is competant. Lie any decent set, but that'll turn into me ranting.

on my fear 'tattas, I have 'em with Super Fang, Endeavor, Quick attack and Sucker Punch... just incase someone wanted to do a lvl 100 battle and I wanted to use it.... haha...despite being weak at lvl 100 in comparison to many pokes, it saved me once when I wasn't prepared against a shedinja... that SUCKER PUNCH saved the day.. lol....
and true about the Smeargle, Smeargles are hard to predict, asides from baton passing something.... lol.... so endeavor and an elemental quick attack would be very nice to prepare yourself up against ghost types.
and btw what does PIE stand for?

Pursuit doesn't need to do much damage. The switch preditced is AFTER the opponent has been endeavor'd, thus leaving them with 1 hp and pursuiting to death.
This gets rapes by sandstorm / hail.

My brother switches alot, so Pursuit works well on it.
So what do youa ctually think of it?
I like making out-of-the-box movesets. It all started with 3rd gen CBTress... Just lookign at Tress' Base 95 Attack madew me want to use it to its full extent.

Before you mention CB steelix, that's mine :)
bgut in all seriousness, it seems to be fine. You might want a pokemon that has sunny day or rain dance to block sandstreamers and hail.

Just so you know, you don't need DD and rain dance on it...and adamant actually works fine.

Return isn't really the greatest move without STAB. I think, with waterfall, it has pretty decent coverage, which is kinda shocking lol

Then what do you suggest for the 4th move?
I wish kingdra could learn Gunk Shot. By looking at it's Japanese Name, the attack would make perfect sense on it.
Too bad Poison Attacks fail D:
Damn... now that I think of it, I see why it has such a limited movepool. Not many attacks would make sense on it >.<;

Return actually works, didn't make that clear enough I suppose. If you want it gone...it's relally your only option, it doesn't really learn any other physical attacks, does it? lol

I edited my last post. IMO, It really should be able to learn Gunk Shot, along with Sludge Bomb(THough it's special now) and Avalanche
My biggest goal with my movesets is unpredictability. Some of my sets are so obscure, so weird, that only someone as weird as myself could predict them XD

Oh yeah on Kingdra i had a similar idea using it mixed.
Try this
Kingdra@Life Orb
Lonely Nature
54 Hp / 196 Att / 244 sp.Att / 16 speed
Ability: Swift Swim
- Waterfall
- Draco Meteor / Dragon Pulse
- Surf / Hydro Pump
- Rain Dance
All it needs are 16 EV s in speed to become the fastest Non-Uber in rain. Also in Rain it 2hkos Blissey with Waterfall. Ice Beam is kinda redundant due to the only thing fully walling this is steel and you hit those with Water moves any way (The Life Orb'd Dragon moves will beat other Dragons regardless). Dragon Pulse if you want it to stay in the battle longer. Draco meteor for get in, sweep, get out.

Okay. I'll try it out.
Hypothetical Question: For a Physical Kingdra w/Sniper, would Dragon Dance do just fine do the the lack of speed boost in rain?

I wouldnt advise it due to it taking you two moves to get to the speed level of what Rain Dance does in one move. Rain Dance also powers up all water moves not just only physical one in Waterfall which only Dragon Dance effects, rather redundant to run Dragon Dance for one physical move dont you think ?

I said Physical Kingdra, not Mixed.
Luckily, my Kingdra has Swift Swim so there's no worries :D

Whoops,i need to look more XD I was assuming that you wanted to put Dragon Dance on your Kingdra from your first post.
Anyways id advise mixed or Fully Special due to the fact that Kingdra only has one physical move worth using and that would be Waterfall.

I only made Physical Kingdra for fun XD
My Shiny LV.100 Kingdra was modified to have Waterfall/Return/Rain Dance/Draco Meteor. That was quite a while back I gave it that set >.>;
Anyways, I think it's a shame that Kingdra has such a nice Attack Stat but is unable to use it for much DX
