I'd take out noir AND milotic, replace with a pure special wall like snorlax that takes special damage well, and then put in a PHazer and cleric. Perhaps miltank? It's all I can think of. I'm a bit "meh" at this point in the night.

Jolteon finds new ways to exploit one of the fastest (while still purposeful) Substitutes in the game with Yawn. Ideally, Blissey or Electivire switch in to a Yawn, then you Sub because you don't care if they stay in since you'll either be passing a Substitute the next turn or the turn after. If you don't suspect the initial switch has a Choice Scarf (that would let it surpass 394 speed) or a priority move like Ice Shard or Quick Attack this is a pretty foolproof way to pass a Substitute to the pokemon of your choice, it actually works so dont knock it until you have tried it.

well i like what i see in the other pokes so ill leave those alone.
Rebreed Jolteon for a stronger HP.Jolteon i think is fast enought to outrun MANY things so i dont think he needs any more speed than he already has.And you need another attacking move besides tbolt because if your up against a ground type....well you know the rest.Not sure on metagross though.Put agility on metagross(even w/poor IVs)because it will still get pretty fast with one agility(i think).And then if you can get 2 in then youll out run many pokes.Than EXPLODE when your LOW on life.Your sure to K.O. them in one hit.Youll be faster than some of the fast pokes with one agility....but probably not faster than a timid starmie.

The point of Agility on Jolteon was to Baton Pass the Speed Boost to another Poke. With Shadow Ball, Baton Pass becomes a wasted moveslot, and Jolteon becomes a pure sweeper.

Heal BELLER. In today's standards, they are very useful. BURN, PARALYSIS, SLEEP, FREEZE [hax], all too common. Heal Bell heals the ENTIRE TEAM from those ailments. VERY useful, but not required.

Heal beller Tank. Its also pretty fast. Scrappy lets return + brick break hit ghosts, but thick fat helps it switch in, so its your choice, otherwise it gets wall by gengar w/o it.

I think I might replace Agility with Sub :/ Since both Jolt and Metagross are weak to ground, I dont think I'll be BPing to him often. SHould I replace pokes? I feel uneasy with this team :x
