Moves: Judgement, Thunder, Ice beam, and Dragon pulse.
Item: Draco Plate.
One last thing, Should I take it?

NO! Don't take it, just don't. Hacked pokemon are unfair and pathetic. Don't trade, if you do, you are making a dire mistake.

Uhmm sorry first of all this is the strategies and movesets section and that Rayquaza is certainly hacked, even anyone with an IQ of less than 40 should know that...

Nobody is going to battle you if you use hacked pokemon. So don't take it.

Let him fight someone without hacked pokemon that could kick his but (most everyone on this site with the exception of me) then he would find out that hacking isn't always best.
