the max is 102. with STAB, that's a good 153.

Its max attack if the pokemon fully loves you is 102.

You should only use it when it gains STAB IMO, or when it might be necessary for a pokemon with an lol movepool.

Usaring, Miltank, and Kangaskhan all want Return. Any Normal Type with good attack can use it just fine.

Actually, miltank makes better use of body slam in most cases. IMO
