Is Fissure Snorlax even Possible

There were three unobtainable moveset in the 3rd gen.

Heat Wave Slugma, Helping Hand Tyrouge, and FIssure Snorlax.

Now:
Heat Wave Slugma: Breed Male XD Magcargo(who has Heat Wave) w/Ditto or female Slugma/Magcargo

Helping Hand Tyrouge: Breed XD Hitmonchan w/Ditto (3rd Gen), Tyrouge level up (4th gen)

Fissure Snorlax: ?????

I've seen no sites report it learning Fissure after purifying in XD. Serebii, Smogon, nothing. It learns Refresh after purifying, but Fissure?

But none of them are in the Monster Group and learn Fissure... I've never seen a Fissurelax, I've heard about 2 previously, one from a n00b who was probably lying on Serebii, and just recently in this thread. Wish I had my WiFi up so I could check it out on the GTS. :(

Snorlax CAN get Fissure as a breeding move. One possible chain (from quite a few chains) is this:

Dugtrio->Wailrein->Lapras->Snorlax

I'm pretty sure it does learn Fissure via XD. I have a baby Snorlax in my Emerald game that I breeded from it (w/ Ditto) and it knows Fissure. (Ironically, I never intended to pass down that move, heh).

As for Heat wave slugma mentioned earlier. Purified Macargo in XD -> Slugma.

I'm NOT planning in using a Fissue Snorlax, it's just that all the 3rd Gen Breeding threads on various sites left Fissure Snorlax Blank, like Heat Wave Magcargo and Helping Hand Tyrouge.

I had a Fissure Snorlax, then my friend restarted my game... I don't really like him, doing that. It's hard to get, but... I'm not sad... I have shinies.
