Creating a Deck [YGO]

I'am creating a deck, used of 40 or 45 cards, I took Kenny's advice on that one.
I'm probably going to name it "Dark Flare" Starter Deck.
I need a lot of new cards to be able to construct this so probably if you just tell me what you people think before mass buying cards at the marketplace, thanks in advance.

Well I'm not the biggest fan of the monsters you have in your disposal. Generally the monsters are weak in stats and weak in their effects (e.g. flame manipulator is not a good card in any way). this will probably be where you want to improve on most.

the spells are okay. I'd switch the keto (it's pure card disadvantage) for some more creature removal (e.g. fissure, offerings, smashing ground, etc.). The traps are not bad at all. I think probably switching the ruler of thunder for either rageki break or call of the haunted might be more suitable.

btw, I'm not a fan of fusions, so I won't comment on it.

I'm also not a fan of fusions, though none of my decks have fusions and last Sunday my cousin said he'd give me a "Fusion Black Luster Soldier" but then it turned out to be Dark Flare Knight. I asked his big brother what the fusion was so then I decided to make a new deck to seperate my cards, if I don't take cards out of decks I'll have 4 decks.
Magician deck, Yugi Evolution, Yugi Structure.. with 10 more cards and this deck hopefully. I play with my Magician Deck because I like it since it has Dark Paladin (chinese -_-) and now I need Dark Paladin in English! ... Hmm, another fusion.

You have some good cards. Try getting a Black Skull Dragon or some Gate Guardian pieces. If you get Red Eyes Black Dragon you can fuse your Summoned Skull and Red Eyes with a Polymerization card. Then you´ll get Black Skull Dragon which has 3200 in attack and 2500 in defense. Or you can fuse Dark Magician with a Buster Blader. But I´m not sure which booster pack you should buy to get Buster Blader. Hope this helps
